LearnCube Firewall Settings
LearnCube provides a virtual classroom so that teachers can conduct professional, effective and efficient online classes with students.
Our virtual classroom software uses WebRTC (for video and audio) and WebSockets (for interactions). No software installation is required. However, we recommend the use of a modern web browser like Chrome to optimise the user experience (and Safari on iOS devices).
Although we use TURN and STUN servers to improve the connection behind firewalls, we recommend the following settings to help reduce any technical issues.
Requirements
Ensure that non-web traffic can pass through this port, as some firewall or proxy settings may default to restricting traffic to HTTPS (port 443 only).
